I use EMDR therapy (stands for eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing) in order to help look at current triggers and how past events created those triggers. EMDR can help with difficulties such as 

  • traumatic memories

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • addictions

  • performance anxiety

  • performance enhancement

  • stress reduction

I also use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help change unhelpful thought patterns. CBT is helpful with

  • changing behaviors that are making emotions more unmanageable

  • depression symptoms
